Respect and authenticity
Use truthful identities and listings. Do not scam, impersonate, harass, threaten, discriminate, spam or manipulate reviews, traffic or prices.
Objectionable and illegal content
Do not post sexual exploitation, child abuse material, pornography, trafficking, violence, hate, self-harm encouragement, illegal goods, stolen items, malware or intellectual-property infringement.
Marketplace integrity
Use accurate photos and descriptions, disclose defects, do not create duplicate deceptive listings, and keep negotiations relevant to the item.
Reporting and enforcement
Every listing, review and conversation can be reported; abusive users can be blocked. ShopHex may filter, moderate, remove, restrict and refer serious matters to competent authorities.
