Zero tolerance
ShopHex prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sexualisation of minors and child sexual abuse material, including generated or altered material. We apply Uganda’s Children Act, Computer Misuse Act and other applicable child-protection law.
Reporting
Use the in-app report mechanism on a listing, message or user, or contact support@shopiex.store with “Child Safety” in the subject. Do not download, redistribute or forward suspected illegal material. If a child is in immediate danger, contact the Uganda Police Force or other competent child-protection authority.
Response
ShopHex securely preserves only necessary evidence, removes violating content, restricts involved accounts and reports to competent authorities or specialist organisations where required. We protect child-related information and disclose it only with lawful authority and due regard to the child’s best interests.
User safeguards and store standards
Users can block abusive members and report listings, chat and reviews. ShopHex maintains published standards, moderation controls and an identified child-safety contact. Accounts must not use ShopHex to arrange unsafe contact with a child or expose a child’s private information.
